Blender Hollandaise Sauce Recipe



This blender Hollandaise has generally similar fixings and consistency as the exemplary sauce, yet no twofold kettle and no possibility of the sauce isolating. I love the lemony flavor on newly steamed asparagus!

Ingredients


• 3 egg 


• 1 tablespoon juice lemon 


• 1 Dash Hot Pepper Sauce (for example Tabasco™)


• ¼ Teaspoon Dijon mustard


• ½ Butter Cup





Directions


Step 1


Consolidate egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, and hot pepper sauce in the compartment of a blender; cover and mix for around 5 seconds.



Step 2


Place spread in a glass estimating cup. Heat spread in the microwave for around 1 moment, or until hot and totally dissolved.




Step 3


Turn the blender on; pour liquefied spread in a sluggish, constant flow until sauce is thick and smooth, around 15 to 30 seconds.
